CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellations and returns are accepted.

Request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 21 days.


I do not accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


I cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective:-


CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of confirmation of order or expiration of cooling-off period and receipt of payment.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Every care will be taken to provide safe and secure packaging to suit the destination of the goods.  Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with details and evidence.


PAYMENT

Payment is required before shipment of goods using one of the methods set out on the FOR SALE page.  An automatic acknowledgement of receipt of payment will be sent.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Treat your Patch Cottage Designs unique fabric artwork as you would any other piece of art.  DO NOT wash or dry clean it as some of the thread colours or beading and sequins may become damaged.  Instead, gently shake it or vacuum carefully, on the lowest setting, through a piece of nylon mesh.  Alternatively hang it out securely on a breezy day.
